The Death of Chivalry is an F2P Runescape quest that replaced Black Knights’ Fortress. It features Sir Owen and Saradominand is the second quest to take place in the Sixth Age. Find out more about this quest in the article below, Runescape gold hunters!
To the Saradominist Crypt for Runescape Gold Hunters
The portal from before will lead you to a Saradominist crypt with three Black Knights torturing a Damsel. After a quick cutscene, you’ll have to face off against the three Black Knights. Though they will be scaled to your combat level, you should have some food in your inventory when you buy RS Gold as this could still be a bit challenging. Search their bodies to find some gold4rs coins and a cage door key, which you will use to free the Damsel from the cage. The Damsel will introduce herself as Dawn, a sister of the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede. Dawn will tell you that the Black Knights have found a weapon sealed behind a holy barrier, and they’re trying to sacrifice her to breach it. You’re given a choice of what to do with her, but she’ll stay in the main area regardless of your decision.
Search the supply crate for 100 fire runes and 200 water runes, and take the handwritten from the crate in the southeast. Enter the doorway to the east, and you’ll find yourself in a crypt filled with the bodies of Saradominist warriors from the Third Age. You can inspect the coffins or the mounds of bones for more information regarding the history of the area.
The Ghost of a Fallen Centaur for Runescape Gold Hunters
Open the portcullis to the south and you will gain 125 Strength experience. Now, head on to the center of the new room; low the Black Knights bodies for some cheap RS gold if you wish. You will encounter the ghost of a fallen centaur here called Fern. Her duty is to protect Elora’s wand, a powerful wand of her sister, Elora the Lifegiver. It is Fern’s duty to judge the virtue of those who attempt to wield the wand. Prepare yourself as you will have to engage in battle against Fern.
As with the fight with the Black Knights earlier, you’ll need some food here for fast recovery. The fight is relatively easy. Fern uses ranged attacks, but she has no weaknesses. Sir Owen will support you in this battle, so rest assured that you won’t fall in battle. She occasionally uses a special attack wherein she will charge at you with a powerful spell of energy. Simply flee until she comes to a stop, and then resume attacking her.
The Wand of Resurrection for Runescape Gold Hunters
Once Fern falls, the first barrier to the wand in the south will be lowered, and you will have to solve a matching puzzle to lower the next barrier and access the wand. There are 16 tiles in total surrounding the wand, which means there are 8 pairs. Click one tile and then another, and Owen will tell you what each tile represents and if they make a match. You are allowed eight incorrect guesses before the puzzle resets. The final barrier requires you or Sir Owen to sacrifice their virtuous blood. After a conversation with Owen about whose blood to sacrifice, a cutscene will play. The final barrier will fall, and Dawn will teleport in and steal the wand. Once again, prepare for the next instance by stacking up on items when you buy Runescape gold.
