When you crushed the chocolate bar using knife and turn them into chocolate dust, you can use that to make energy potion.

Guide on how to make RS gold using chocolate

You don’t need any skills. Just simply a knife and you’re good to go. Head to the Grand Exchange and buy a lot of chocolate bars (as long as you have enough RS gold to buy). Store all the chocolate bars into the bank; buy another batch of chocolate bars until your inventory is full. Right click the chocolate bars and turn them into power (chocolate dust).

Once you turn the entire chocolate bars into dust, resell them at the Grand Exchange for RS gold. You can repeat the entire process until you’re satisfied with the result you done.
